BREAKING: Four murdered as shooters attack Hausa community in Asaba

No less than four people have been murdered in Asaba, the Delta State capital. 

The presumed attackers, who attacked a Hausa/Fulani settlement at around 10pm Friday night at the Abraka advertise inside the Asaba metropolis, killed three men, one lady and left a few others with wounds. 

The speculated killers shot sporadically as individuals rested and later tossed bomb into a Mosque around a range called Cable point. 

Vanguard reports that an overcome Hausa man got the bomb and tossed it into the waterway before it could detonate. 

A source told the daily paper that fighters and policemen acted the hero and pursued the presumed intruders away. 

He said the security operators took the harmed people to the doctor's facility for treatment and kept the corpse of the expired at the mortuary. 

GIFTEDBLOG revealed yesterday that following the go head to head between the Nigerian Army and individuals from the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), the Police in Delta state have uplifted security in Asaba. 

Agents have been sent to territories like Okwe, a settlement for IPOB and other Biafra agitators. 

The range is near the River Niger which is the boundary between Delta State and states in the South-East.
